Hi everyone! 

Applications may now be submitted for participation in the 57th annual Elbert Christmas Bazaar to be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

I have attached a letter with information (link below), and the application (link below) for you to mail back with your booth fee, if you want a space this year.  I’ve also attached a copy of the flyer which you can use to help promote the Bazaar. 

Remember that we often fill up quickly, especially at the Russell Gates building, so I recommend sending in your application as soon as you can to the address at the bottom of the application. We still only take checks or cash for booth fees. 

In the past, we haven’t sent confirmation that your space was reserved as your cashed check was considered confirmation.  This year we will email or call you with confirmation, but it may take a week or so after we receive your application and payment.
